Dear All,
Following a management meeting, it has been decided that Consumer Claims Supermarket Ltd (trading as Liberty Claims) will no longer be processing any further new claims. However it will continue to process all current claims, endeavouring to place claims with Solicitors as soon as possible.
The Company is experiencing extreme financial difficulties and is currently unable to pay any of its creditors and has no assets. Due to the financial situation, all staff have been made redundant or will be leaving imminently. As a result of this final decision the only work being undertaken is the passing of claims to Solicitors.
What does this mean to you?
If your claim(s) are already with Solicitors you must now obtain updates directly from them, as shortly there will be no staff at Liberty Claims to answer your queries.
If your claim is not yet with a Solicitor, then the company will endeavour to get your claims to a solicitor as soon as is possible
What do you do next?
If your claim(s) are with a Solicitor, then contact them directly for updates. If your claims are currently not with solicitors, an update will be posted to you as soon as possible giving contact details of your solicitors.
Each client will shortly be posted an update detailing the position of the company and details of their claims along with solicitors contact details.
